By accessing or using RecordScores ("the App", "the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
2. Description of Service
RecordScores provides a sports management platform that allows users to: • Book sports courts and facilities at partner venues • Track match scores and game statistics • Connect with other sports enthusiasts and club members • Manage club activities, events, and seminars • Access exclusive sports content and coaching resources
3. User Accounts
To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to: • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration • Maintain and promptly update your account information • Maintain the security of your password and accept responsibility for all activities under your account • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account • Not share your account credentials with any third party We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. Booking and Cancellation Policy
Court Bookings: • Bookings are confirmed upon successful payment processing • Cancellations made 24+ hours before the booking time are eligible for a full refund • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the booking time may incur a cancellation fee • No-shows will be charged the full booking amount • RecordScores is not responsible for facility closures due to weather or unforeseen circumstances Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
5. Payment Terms
• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated • Payments are processed securely through our payment partners • By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees • We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice • Promotional offers and discounts are subject to specific terms and expiry dates
6. User Conduct
You agree not to use the Service to: • Violate any applicable laws or regulations • Transmit any harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content • Impersonate any person or entity • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service • Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use of the Service • Use the Service for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent
7. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of RecordScores and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of RecordScores. User-generated content remains the property of the user, but by submitting content, you grant RecordScores a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such content in connection with the Service.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. RecordScores does not warrant that: • The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free • Defects will be corrected • The Service is free of viruses or other harmful components • The results of using the Service will meet your requirements
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RecordScores shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Service.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes by updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
